I’ve been testing my LH for 4 months now and every month I’ve reached my LH peak either day 11 or 12 of my cycle with signs that it’s ramping up at least a day before. This month has been very different though.

I’m at day 14 and it’s been fluctuating between 0.3/0.2 and 0.15 for days.

I’m really concerned I’m not going to ovulate this month.

My PreMom app originally said my ovulation would come day 12, then It changed it to day 15, then pushed it back this morning to say I already ovulated day 11 when I clearly hadn’t. It’s like the app even gave up on me.

This would have been my 5th month trying and I’m feeling extremely depressed and trapped in my own body.

Does anyone have any insight because I’m going crazy and I would really appreciate some support.

Hello! I m writing in tears because i just found out that this cycle too i m not pregnant! I have pcos with homa 2,5, normal kg, and the rest of the labs good. For almost twist years i struggled with no ovulation, i can ovulate only with meds. But with Meds i do have ovulation, but no result in pregnancy. I m taking a lot o vitamins and supplements( vit D, coq10, nac, inositol)
I wanted to ask, for us with pcos is it hard also to get pregnant? I mean ok yes i started to ovulate on meds, it s great, but beside this is it also hard to get pregnant? I thought that after a few months it will happen....

I’ve had two miscarriages, and after my recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) bloodwork came back normal, my doctor suggested I have a HyCoSy.

The results were mostly normal, except for the following findings:

1. I have fibroids, but they do not affect the uterine cavity.

2. My left ovary is adhered to the uterus and the left uterosacral ligament. The right ovary slides freely from surrounding structures.

3. No free fluid was visualized in the cul-de-sac. The uterus is adhered to the posterior cul-de-sac, consistent with obliteration of the cul-de-sac. The report states that this finding is associated with endometriosis.

I was already aware that I had fibroids from previous ultrasounds, so those aren’t necessarily new information. However, I’m not sure what to make of findings #2 and #3.
My cycles are very regular. I usually have about 2 days of bleeding, followed by light spotting on days 3 and 4. I’ve never really experienced pelvic pain or any of the more typical symptoms I associate with endometriosis. I don’t have painful periods or significant pelvic pain.
After reading my HyCoSy report, though, I’m now pretty worried that I could have endometriosis, especially because of the mention of my left ovary being adhered to the uterus and the obliteration of the cul-de-sac.
I’m planning to speak with my doctor in about 3 weeks to discuss the results, but I’m honestly spiraling a little in the meantime.
For those of you who have endometriosis: How were you diagnosed? Did anyone have similar findings on imaging or a HyCoSy before being diagnosed? Does this report sound like it could indicate endometriosis, even without having typical symptoms?

i’ve had 4 failed IUIs. it’s really disheartening as expected. im wondering if there is something wrong with the donor sperm im getting. my clinic keeps telling me i look perfectly fine! i am preparing for my next cycle which is going to now be IVF and just wanna know what i can do or if anyone has any advice on donor sperm. i used the same donor for rounds 1-3 and a new donor on #4. I called Create (fertility clinic in toronto that does IUI procedures) they said all the post sperm counts were “good”. i’m hearing contradicting things which sucks. anyways.. im starting IVF soon and im really feeling scared. i really want it to work. i’m hoping to hear some success stories. i’ve started acupuncture and im doing everything in my power to make me as healthy as possible. here are all of my results from previous IUIs:

IUI #1 (Natural Cycle) – March 2026
Left follicle: 18 mm (1.8 cm)
Estradiol (E2): ~1,197 pmol/L
LH: 16.11 IU/L
Endometrial lining: Clinic said it looked good
Post-wash sperm count: 4.35 million
Motility: 29%
Started progesterone after IUI
Blood test 14 days later:
β-hCG 11.92
48 hours later dropped to 6
Outcome: Chemical pregnancy

IUI #2 (Natural Cycle)
Post-wash sperm count: 5.38 million
Motility: 36%
Pregnancy test: Negative

IUI #3 (Medicated Cycle)
Clomid
Ovidrel trigger
Crinone progesterone
Hormone monitoring included:
FSH: 9.97
LH: 17.6
Estradiol values increased appropriately throughout monitoring (I have values including 1,118, 1,536, 2,236, and 5,609 pmol/L from that cycle’s monitoring, but not tied to specific days anymore)
Clinic only reported follicles once they reached ≥1.5 cm
Sperm count - 4 million @ 31% motility
Outcome: Negative pregnancy test

IUI #4 (Medicated clomid cycle)
Post-wash semen count and motility (minimum 1.5Million) = 4.63M AT 31%
Estrogen = 7921
LH level = 16.91
Right ovarian follicle(s) = 1.79
Left ovarian follicle(s) = 2.8 2.28 2.14

AMH: 3.8 pmol/L

I (34f) and my husband (33m) have now unsuccessfully been trying to conceive for 21!!!!!!! Cycles. I read about people saying it hasnt happened for them in 7 months or sometimes even just a couple of months and that seems so impossible to me at this point, I don't even think twice about it.

I actually am at a point where regardless of what happened with ovulation or sex or whatever during my cycle, I just assume I will get my period. I might actually die of shock if I were not to get my period at this point.

For background, everything looks normal. I have had an HSG, my tubes are open. AmH is good. OPKs suggest I naturally ovulate every cycle and I am now on 5 MG letrozole. I have had a transvaginal ultrasound and nothing was found. All my bloodwork is normal. I have regular periods, never too much clotting or pain, with normal cycle lengths. My husband's SA came back normal, with just a slightly low end of normal morphology. I exercise regularly. I do not have PCOS or endometriosis. I eat healthy (I do not eat meat besides fish and mostly get protein from many other sources), and I stopped drinking completely a month ago (I wasn't exactly a huge drinker but I definitely had a few weekend drinks prior to this). I dont smoke and ive only done occasional recreational marijuana usage because its legal where I live, but even that was rare.

I am restarting fertility acupuncture tomorrow because ive heard it has worked miracles.

I have a follow up scheduled for September with my OBGYN and I assume she will refer me to an RE at this point but I am kind of just like.... something is wrong. I feel like the universe is telling me I'm not supposed to have a child. And I'm just curious if anyone else has felt this way/made a hard decision/gone down a different path and found something that led to success.

Hi guys, bit of a long one but I need advice. I’m a 24F, have been off depo now for 14 months, no period return. Before depo my periods were like clockwork, same time every month. Last month I went to the doctors as still no periods, they referred me for ultrasound, bloods and gave me pill to induce a bleed. A bleed was successfully induced, however no period this month following. bloods were all fine besides hormone levels were <1, however they said this can be expected if I haven’t ovulated. I had my ultrasound last week which the tech told me showed pcos as she could see no signs of ovulation, however could see eggs within my ovaries. wanting abit of advice really if anyone has been in the same situation. Is it possible to induce ovulation? I so want a baby.

I’m 36 F and my husband is 33. We have a 14 months old we conceived at 4th cycle. I’m breastfeeding still and have a C-section from his delivery. Today is 12 dpo of our 5th cycle. He’s in military and gets deployed for six months and we have couple cycles left to try before he leaves. I also have one ovary so I’m little concerned. My AMH were normal when I tested 2 years ago.

I tried mucinex this time. I’m ovulating and I get a peak. I’m just not sure what more I can do? I’m taking coq10. Maybe I should up it. I do drink a lot especially during TWW one day on a weekend out of stress.

Is it c section scar that’s hindering

Last cycle I started my period on July 1st. I had an LH surge on cycle day 17. This cycle, I started my period on August 2nd. I can only have intercourse on August 16-17. I am wondering if LH surges are the same days every cycle? Cause that would put me at August 18 (cd 17) for LH surge and ovulation on August 19 (cd 18)

This is my first cycle TTC, and I’ve never felt more frustrated with how much I’ve been symptom stalking. Normally, about a week before my period, I get the full PMS package — cramping, bad bloating, acne, sore breasts, intense back pain, cravings, everything.

But this cycle has been completely different. Since it’s my first TTC cycle, I’ve been obsessing over every tiny change, worried it might mean my usual PMS is coming, except it never did. I’m 11 DPO now, about three days from when my period should arrive, and I still have none of my typical PMS symptoms and none of the classic pregnancy symptoms either.

Then at 10 DPO, after intercourse, I wiped and saw a little bleeding — mostly pink and brown with a tiny bit of red. I assumed it was the start of AF, but after that first wipe, there was nothing. I even wore a liner overnight, and when I woke up (and all day today), still nothing. So I’m guessing it was irritation, but at 26, that has never happened to me. The strange part is that there was absolutely nothing on my partner at all

The only things I’ve felt started just a couple of days ago:

• a very mild, maybe 1/10 cramp on my right side once or twice a day for about three days, then nothing
• very mild nausea, mostly when I’m hungry
• very mild dizziness here and there
• since the bleed last night, on and off mild (2-3/10 pain) central cramps
• vivid dreams and then 3 days of not sleeping at all

That’s it. No breast soreness, no sleepiness, no full nausea, nothing dramatic.

And as of this morning, still a BFN. I’m confused because I can’t find anything online about having zero PMS symptoms when I normally get hit so hard I’m curled up, crying with a heating pad by now. This cycle feels so unusual, and I’m trying to make sense of it.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Hi ladies I did my IUI on 21st july and on the 7th aug my hcg test came positive at 136 ml and progestron level at 38.14 its 17dpo… it not very low please help me post your story in this i have a hcg test on 10 th repeat test…
