Looking for advice:
My husband (34M) and I (31F) have been TTC on and off since February last year. We actively tried for about 5 months, conceived, and unfortunately miscarried at 7–8 weeks in September.
We tried again in October and November without success, then took a break from December through April due to some health concerns. We started trying again in May and have now had 4 unsuccessful cycles. The first 2 cycles, we were mainly following the Flo app. For the most recent 2 cycles, I’ve been tracking much more closely with Inito, inexpensive OPKs, and BBT. I’ve seen my LH surge, confirmed ovulation, a PDG rise that stays elevated, and the expected BBT shift.
I recently saw an OB-GYN in Indiana who said that since I’ve conceived before and haven’t been consistently trying for a full year, I can continue trying naturally. She also gave me the option of Letrozole/Clomid whenever I feel ready.
However, I’d really like to have some basic fertility testing done before continuing to try blindly—especially hormones, ovarian reserve, uterus, and whether my fallopian tubes are open (HSG/HyCoSy). I’d also like my husband to have a semen analysis.
Would you recommend seeing an OB-GYN or going directly to a reproductive endocrinologist/fertility clinic for this?
Also, for those in Indiana/US, how did you manage the cost if your insurance doesn’t cover fertility clinics? Are there affordable options or insurance plans that cover diagnostic testing?
Every month has become emotionally and physically exhausting, so I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has been through something similar.
Can ovulation really be confirmed 8DPO?
My levels weren’t really looking great this month, and I was sick with a fever during my ‘peak’ window, so I had kind of just written this month off. For context I have PCOS with irregular cycles.
My E3G and LH levels are much lower than previous confirmed ovulations, but does this data look somewhat normal?
11DPIUI and test came negative
11DPIUI and test came negative
Okay so my IUI was done on 8/8 and I am on oral progrestrone as well twice a day. Today is my 11dpiui and the morning test came out negative. I should have known that I am a true overthinker yet I took an early test.
But I heard somewhere that progrestrone sometimes creates false negative too. Any suggestions or same stories will be encouraging at this point. Thanks.
Late LH surge
Hi! This is my first month using Inito and I randomly had an LH spike this morning, but I’m on CD 23 already. Has anyone experienced this late of a LH surge before? I’m expecting AF in 4 days, does LH typically surge right before your period?
Chart with Oral Progesterone Supplement
Hello! So I would love feedback based on my chart. For context, I was on a 2.5 dosage of Letrozole from cycle days 3-12. I ovulated approximately cycle day 17 (had a positive OPK on cycle day 15) and I just started progesterone on cycle day 19.. has anyone else had extremely low e3g due to this? Also I feel like my PdG levels are very high for this early after ovulating. Any and all feedback is appreciated! Thank you! 🥰
Also, p.s. I should note that I had a chemical back in May. My luteal phase and periods have been more intense since my period has come back… not sure if that has anything to do with it too? 🙁
How far along am I?
My last LMP was 7/2 but I know I ovulated on 7/19 or 7/20 (per Inito fertility tracking device), how far along would I be? I have my first appt 8/21 and terrified I won’t see anything yet.
PMOS/Estrogen Yo-yo?
Hi everyone, this is my first cycle with Inito after getting it bc of a friend with PMOS having positive experience with Inito. I have “lean PMOS” that is focused on my cortisol/high DHEA, no insulin sensitivity, etc. this cycle I did also start taking Ovasitol.
My cycle has now been so long, and though Inito thought I ovulated with a very small LH spike, I feel confident I didn’t since I’m 9 days past with no progesterone rise or temp rise in sight.
Other folks with PMOS - have you ever had your estrogen rollercoaster like this? I’m perplexed by it and it makes me worried. I feel like my body is trying to start the process but just keeps crashing estrogen levels almost every day.
Do you see the line? 9 dpo Gemini says there is faint line on pregnancy strip
Do these trends look good for a positive pregnancy? 🤞🏼🙏Trying to be hopeful. FYI—First time using inito.
Day of predicted period, but BFN?
So I usually have 27 day cycles. Inito predicted today would be the start of my period but nothing, so I took a ClearBlue and it showed negative. My Pdg never went super high this cycle but today’s values are still above pre ovulation…am I out? I want to cry lol (adding an lol to make light of how sad I am)
Help with chart! So confused!
What’s up with the two LH surges? How can I pinpoint when true ovulation really was if PDG has been rising the whole time 🤦🏼♀️
I’m concerned about a short luteal phase so honing in on O day would be super helpful!!
Thanks guys, this is not for the weak! ❤️
Worried about PdG
I am worried that my pdg hasn’t risen yet. Does this look like it could be an anovulatory cycle?
I started a handmade TTC and spiritual jewelry business. I’d love some feedback on my products.
Hi everyone! I’m a small business owner and I recently launched my business, High Priestess Readings.
I create handmade fertility, manifestation, and pregnancy-themed bracelets, along with spiritual products for people on their TTC journey.
I’d love some honest feedback from other small business owners.
First month using Inito. Do we need to BD again?
😅😴 inito detected a false “surge” earlier this month around cycle day 10 but I knew that wasn’t how my cycle normally goes so I kept tracking. I’m confused how you actually tell which day ovulation is. Wondering if I need to try again tonight or we had good enough coverage for this month?
Hopeful chart reading???
I don’t want to get too hopeful but is my chart looking good? I don’t know how to read my hormone levels and this is my first cycle with inito. I’m hoping it leads to a bfp. I’m only 7dpo and the wait is killlling me. I know it may be way to early to know but does PdG usually rise like this before a period? I want to prepare myself mentally if this chart isn’t really saying much.
Been on oral progesterone for 6 of 10 days as an endurance runner recovering from hypothalamic amenorrhea and hoping to start TTC in the near future. Confused about some of my hormone levels...
On days 4-5 of the oral progesterone, Inito told me I had an LH surge and peak fertility, days 5-6 it says it was waiting for a "PdG rise" to confirm ovulation. My estradiol went from 66 to 36 to 80 and my LH went from 1.95 to 6.58 to 3.27. My PdG went from 3.53 to 2.69 to 3.67.
I guess the reason why I'm confused is because doesn't oral progesterone suppress LH secretions? Why would mine be going up days 4-5?
As previously mentioned, I haven't had a period in over a year due to hypothalamic amenorrhea from underfueling/overtraining. I've scaled back tremendously on exercising and am fueling before/during/after and every 3 hours otherwise. I gained about 20 lbs to get here. However, I'm cautious to assume I'm actually ovulating. This is the highest my estradiol has been since I started testing about a month ago. The bar is low, I know lol.
Inito first time user
Hi all,
I had a chemical pregnancy back in march and two months after that my cycle was all over the place. I think my cycle has normalized now but I wasnt getting pregnant. So to dig deeper into the puzzle of hormone I decided to give Inito a chance. Today was my first test on CD 6 hormones were present but more like a baseline test on the first day.
I have one questions
Do I need to test everyday until ovulation?
Thanks
Progesterone surge preovulation?
Helppppp First time using Inito. Natural cycle, month 4 or 5
