1 month with inito, 4th medicated IUI, I'm still in shock

I'm doing medicated IUI's so I wasn't sure the inito would help but I had 3 failed cycles and my husband suggested I get the inito to give me peace of mind that I actually ovulated because my clinic just tells you to wait for 2 weeks and test. So this is my chart for my first month with inito and our positive. I'm still I'm shock this morning and I really though my lower PdG meant it didn't work. Someone else posted that their LH spike at 9dpo made them know. I had a small LH spike at 10dpo but my PdG seemed low I stopped testing because I was sure it did not work and fully waited until 14dpo. This morning I took a test and got my BFP.

Only one follicle and Potential uterine polyp?

My husband (34/ftm trans) and I (36) are going through our first iui cycle.

I had my first ultrasound this morning after taking 2.5mg of letrozole on days 3-7 of my cycle. I have one follicle at 16.6mm on my left plus one smaller ones on both sides. Endometrium at 9.1mm. I don't have any known fertility issues but I also have never attempted to become pregnant before. I also had an HSG last cycle to make sure my tubes were good and results were normal, both sides spilled fine.

In the ultrasound they found a cyst on my right ovary and they said a potential small (.6cm) polyp in my uterus.

They are going through with it all, and I'll do the trigger shot on sunday and go in tuesday morning for the iui. If this cycle doesn't work they want to confirm and remove the polyp before trying again.

I was so excited going to the ultrasound but I only have one dominant follicle, a polyp and I'm now starting to feel like it isnt going to work. Its just the beginning of us trying to conceive so I know its just unlikely to work anyway but it was also such a punch to my gut.

Just wondering if anyone has had iui success despite having one follicle and a polyp?
