Possible hyperadrenergic POTS

My wife recently underwent a tilt table test during evaluation for possible POTS/autonomic dysfunction, and we are trying to better understand what subtype or differential diagnoses may fit her presentation.
During tilt:
HR increased to 155 bpm

Systolic BP increased to >200 mmHg

No orthostatic hypotension/drop in BP was noted

She subsequently experienced syncope

During the syncopal episode, her eyes were reportedly twitching/moving abnormally

Her physician currently has catecholamine testing, TSH, renin, and aldosterone labs pending for further evaluation.
Does this pattern sound more consistent with hyperadrenergic POTS, another autonomic disorder, or something else that should be considered? We understand this is not a diagnosis and are just looking for educational insight while awaiting specialist follow-up.
