Hi, I'm visiting Montreal during Osheaga weekend (but not attending Osheaga lol) and was wondering is the other tourist parts of Parc Jean Drapeau will be open to the public? I'm a bit confused as I'm not seeing much online but I'm hoping to walk around the park, see the sculptures, do some paddleboarding, hiking, etc. Would this be possible during the festival or would it be too crowded? I'm hoping to go right when it opens if that helps. Any insights would be appeciated!!
