My imagination, wondering if it would be possible to reinterpret the Mata/Nuva torso in an Inika style using only existing parts, while still retaining its gear function, led me here.
Used only parts in officially available colors, so 100% buildable.
The original Boxors seemed too small for the 2003 Matoran, so I've made it 2L wider and added some proper seating.
My revamped 2001 Matoran features thicker body than original Mctoran, so there were some seating problem on Boxor. So I've modified it to make them sit a little more securely.

For anyone interested, I've included instructions for Nuparu. While my Stud.io MOCs sometimes (in fact, almost always) use parts in colors that aren’t actually available, you should be able to build this one as is.
I drew inspiration for the basic structure from Msw41’s MOC. The rest is just a matter of adding some more articulation.
All the parts used here are real LEGO products, but some colors are not available IRL.

I used mostly Valtarshol's parts and did my best to capture the feel of the original 2001 Toa Mata product as much as possible.
Also tried to implement the weapon holsters as seen in CGI footage and other media.
Plus, a Toa Kaita can be formed using nothing but parts used in these.
