Swarmers or bed bugs?!

Please help me ID! Sorry for the poor quality. I’m in Louisiana and we just had our annual swarm this week. Multiple were getting in through a crack in my bathroom window, and today I found multiple of these dead guys on the ground in / near the bathroom. Normally I’d assume termites, however, I stayed at a hotel last week and my suitcase is in my bedroom just around the corner from my bathroom, where I found another dead one.

I’m not used to seeing the swarming termites without wings or as round as one of them is, and am terrified it’s bed bugs. I’m hoping y’all can please put my mind at ease!

ID Help!

Please help me ID these bugs, I’m freaking out. I’ve found 4 so far, 3 on my bathroom floor / hallway and 1 around the corner on the rug by my bed. Sorry for the poor photos, I have an old phone.

I stayed at a hotel for a few nights last week so I’m on edge, however, I live in the south and we just had our annual termite swarm and multiple were getting in through my bathroom window. After a swarm I’m used to seeing residual wings in the house. They’ll land on me the night of a swarm but I feel like they’re usually a little longer, but maybe I’m only used to seeing them with wings. It’s also been wet so palmetto bugs are coming inside, but these don’t have the antennas I usually see on nymphs.

I know bed bugs can change size / roundness depending on how recently they had a meal, so and also their heads are definitely a bit darker than their bodies and I haven’t seen that be common in my googling so far, so I’m PRAYING it’s not them. Thank you in advance!
