Okay ngl this is kind of a dumb question, but on the UWO off-campus housing website when it says a lease and the description and how many rooms it has (example 3) ,

do you have to tell the landlord you have 3 people then sign that lease, or is it okay to tell them you’re a single person intending to lease 1 room even though it says 3 rooms intended for 3 people or something.
