[IN] Got shortlisted for Revolut Support Specialist (Retail) — is it a good stepping stone out of BPO?
Hey everyone 😄 ,
I recently received an assessment from Revolut for the Support Specialist (Retail) role. I’ve heard a lot about their “hire and fire” culture and intense work environment, which honestly makes me a bit nervous :.
At the same time, I really want to work there because I’m currently in BPO/customer support, and I’m trying to move towards better opportunities in fintech or tech support roles.
For people who’ve worked at Revolut or similar fintech companies:
- What type of questions are asked in the assessment/interview?
- What should I mainly focus on while answering 👀 ?
- Is the workload/work culture really that bad?
- Most importantly, does fintech support experience at a company like Revolut actually help as a stepping stone for future opportunities 🤔 ?
Would really appreciate honest advice from people who’ve been through the process or worked there .
