Is this nits?
Background... kindergarten girl, long hair. Hx of eczema. No head itching and no complaints or sores on head. Had had these that are stuck on strands of hair for months. Never had a treatment. Sleeps with mom and dad and we have no issues. Could it be dandruff or build up?
