What’s the best meth you use to run comps? I’m having problems and I’m a month in. I got 3 deals already but got lucky to JV them… So I didn’t get to run comps and the buyer was a family member.

My fiancé used this method and it work. While fillinh out application….. I would suggest making a PowerPoint!!!!!!! about yourself and include some video of you doing any type of maintenance. You will stand out!

Everyone be grateful that you took the initiative to become a A&P mechanic. AI is coming and you still will have a career and can provide. All of the people with power is trying to down play AI but it’s coming fast.

As a A&P Mechanic….. why are you scared to go on strike for more pay? Honest answer? All commentary is welcomed.

I’m a firm believer that all Mechanics needs to be unionized! These companies are making billions. The mechanics should be the highest paid positions behind pilots. 200k minimum if you ask me.
