AirPods Max V3TB won’t connect to other devices without fully unpairing

I’m on the Latest iOS and iPadOS. When trying to reconnect between the two devices it doesn’t appear in the control center and won’t connect when manually connecting in Bluetooth. The Pop-up also doesn’t appear on my devices but I can ignore that.

All 3 trusted websites are down?

I was planning to buy some AirPods Max v3 last night and decided to wait until the next day. Just my luck tomorrow arrived and all of the websites are down.
