Reusing dry pads.
I'm a adult bedwetter, have been all my life, I now wear snap-on washable adult nappies with a booster pad in the pocket & plastic cover pants. It's a bit gross, but if I have a dry night I put on the same nappy for 3 or 4 nights in a row, do you do this? I shower every day so I don't smell, but by the 3/4 night I am snapping myself into a smelly nappy, with my plastic pants on all leaks & smells are contained, but could I get a UTi? or nappy rash? from this.
