HS spot in TERRIBLE spot
So i havent had an HS flair in a minute, so not only is this a big bummer but its also in a god awful spot… right in the crack… i’m doing my usually regime as im no newbie to hs flairs,specifically on my butt, but i’ve never had one like this. When i first noticed the bump forming i cleansed with hibiclens, put clindamycin on some gauze and nexitaped it over and slept with that on. It kept getting more tender so i used a niacinamide, a little clindamycin under a nexicare bandaid. Still sore, and hasnt come to a head, i did also try hydrocolloid bandaids but as theres nothing to draw out it doesnt seem to do much. I also tried an icepack but because its in such a weird spot i feel like that doesnt work well/sit right.
Any tips for some relief? when i sit, it hurts, when i stand it hurts, when i walk it hurts and laying down has some relief until i shift slightly and it pinches.
