Right now i’ve got my septum and both nostrils pierced so i think it could make an amazing combo with the medusa.
I’ve been wanting the medusa piercing since 2020, I fell in love with it. I didn’t do it until now because i’ve been wanting it on and off because of my nose insecurity. I basically have a love/hate relationship with it.
I know it’s completely stupid but I see the medusa looking good on people that have soft features/ button noses,…
I’ve got a average nose with my glasses but when I don’t have them on or use contacts we can see the bump on my nose. It’s not only noticeable from the side but also from the front. You’ll see on the picture, i’m talking about the “bumpy” nose bridge, it’s not straight. I know it’s stupid but it’s been a deep insecurity for years.
I also have a shadow on top of my lips and i’m scared the piercing might amplify it. My lips without makeup are also not very well defined, also another worry of mine, I just don’t want it to look bad or make things worse.
I’ve put a bunch of photos where my nose looks different so you can understand what i’m talking about. The front bump can “fade” in some angles and really appear in other lights, angles ,… Those pictures are from 3-4 month ago and I change style a lot so I don’t exactly look like this.
I wanna hear about other perspectives/ advices because i’d love to have it and wear it confidently but I wanna be sure it won’t look hideous and that it could actually be pretty even with my nose shape.
