I don’t doubt the politician face sexist abused as I heard the stories about David Van and read Julia Banks Power Play which I believe alluded to the antics of David Van. I write this in contrast to the false accusations made by Moira Deeming saying false and genuine claims can be made and concurrently 1 can be believed and the other disbelieved and both those things can be true. It is unfortunate some people think one false claim makes all claims false and vice versa.

All said though I think instead of whinging about the toxic culture what is taking on an initiative to change the system son only those of good character can get voted into parliament? Psychometrics, integrity and character screening is performed for those in medical professions, police, fire brigade and military but not in parliament? Seems like a massive oversight to me. Far more to flesh out but I'm planting a seed here for consideration.

I think Matthew Guy should consider legal action to make national statement

I don’t particularly like the Matthew but I also don’t like being accused of sexual assault myself for literally a sideways glance when I’m running to my car after studying at the library of my old university. This happened recently and also in this instance CCTV exonerated me. Therefore, I think a statement needs to be made against bullshit claims of assault because I feel things have gone too far and we risk a police backlash similar to the US where women are being charged at an increasing rate for false claims because the police are tired of having their time and resources wasted.

Better we reverse course now before that happens. The supposed ultimate truth of a series of unverified surveys about sexual harassment on Australian university campuses didn’t go anywhere after initial media reporting. Also, no one answered the uncomfortable question as to what was driving this epidemic of harassment if the fraternity system and NCAA sports system that drives harassment on US campuses was absent from Australian campuses.

In a TV series Jess Hill managed to rustle up some professional protesters at ANU to mimic the protests held on US campuses but, it was unconvincing.

PS. Any dickhead who thinks you must have done something at some time to warrant the accusation is part of this idiocy as well. Primary school playground critical reasoning skills are seen on all sides of politics unfortunately.

Is Donald Trump not only a ‘Zucchini Smuggler’ but also a ‘Snake Chaser’?

Nearing the end of Trump’s 1^(st) term in office Bill Maher was regularly repeating the notion that he strongly felt Trump would not simply leave office if he lost the election. Trump regularly brought this up in tweets and to any journos who would listen and say Maher was a crazy person BUT he never watches his show. Supposedly never watched his show yet seemed to know what Maher was saying each week on his show – Real Time.

Eventually Maher compared him to the guy who keeps turning up to the emergency room with a Zucchini stuck up his a55 but - ‘no idea how this keeps happening.’ For those who would jump on that as homophobia - it isn’t - it is merely where self-deceit provides comedy.

Snake chasing is something not widely discussed though. You see one day a man and his son are walking through the bush/woods and a snake crosses their path. The man says to his son “snakes are dangerous I better kill it!” So, he chases the snake through the brush and thick bush, but the snake keeps ahead of him. He chases the snake cross a creek bed, but he can’t quite get in a position to kill it. The snake keeps drawing away from him and crosses a wide dirt road. It then slides up a hill until it comes to a quarry with sheer cliff faces on all sides and the man blocking the escape. The man lashes out at the snake but the snake ducks out of the way and bites him on the arm. The man turns to his son who has caught up to him and says, “see son, I told you snakes were dangerous.”  (And he didn’t even have Bonnie Tyler’s Holding out for a Hero playing overhead either)

The erstwhile orange one does seem to be chasing after countries whom independent analysts couldn’t see much if any evidence of them providing any direct threat against the United States. Venezuela, Cuba and Iran for instance. Greenland. Canada.

Quite the ‘snake’ chaser.

Jacinta Allan, you played into the hands of PHON but not giving the witch comments the indifference they deserve.

Jactina, you should have shrugged it off. I am not being hypocrit here. As a man working in state and federal govt deparments I've been told I am a biological deadend because I don't have kids, I have had many derogatory comments made about my looks by both men and some women and been told to cover up my muscles on casual Friday because some very body positive (and odious) woman couldn't help but look. This has all happened to me and I've heard of similar stories of other men. Maybe some narcissistic elitist men are pulling the strings but many men get brutalised by the bullshit and your narratives of making it about all men and teaching women to be victims is not playing well with the public. They are turning away from what they see as elite mediocrities wanting special advantage and using the misogyny shield to cover for competency issues. Let me give some recent examples:

Professional Dilettante Hannah Ferguson, while speaking at Meet The Press (invites not always based on merit) claims being labelled an “influencer” was misogyny. Really? So Manosphere “influencers” while being horribly misogynistic are also victims of misogyny? Since the ABC is still platforming her, they can put that vexing question to her. The question I put to the ABC is why they are still platforming a person who publicly celebrated the assassination of a public figure. Unedifying. Usually that is Career Kryptonite? I didn’t like Kirk at all but professional journalists always refrain from such displays.

Breakdancer Raygun couldn't perform a single point scoring move at the Olympics but went on a media blitz crying misogyny to cover for the fact she should not have qualified for the Olympics and bring Australia's sporting reputation into disrepute. She still fell on her feet with lunch with Richard Branson and Boy George. I'm sure she will live through the jsutified ublic backlash.

I also checked back into my old Alma Mater of Curtin University recently and saw examples of young female students engaging confirmation bias in their interactions with male students. I witnessed 2 female students talking loudly on the 6^(th) floor of the library which is quiet study only and when a male warden asked them to decamp to the foyer or another floor they walked off in a huff ready to tell the world about the misogyny. If they had have just waited about 20 minutes they would have seen the exact same behaviour directed at 2 male students who were talking loudly in the same area. They were doing the wrong thing anyway but like elite women they want the unfairness in their favour like a handful of toxic men they can point towards.

Then we have women homeless getting plenty of attention as if male homeless should have sucked it up. Why is women being homeless need highlighting? Could be gender bias from a female dominant progressive media landscape? Anyway, here is where there is some gender bias that cannot be ignored:

Women have lower standards of entry to police, fire brigade and military. The reasons given for that are that are straight from the management consulting firm playbook of slanted narratives. I think the official reason is that people with lower physical strength often have greater intelligence. Well yeah, and there has never been nerdy, weedy men of high intelligence? Those men must accept they are men when they don’t cut it but women can get waved through on lower standards. That smacks of gender-based cronyism does it not?

So us non-elite members of public have got a whiff of this and have been hit over the head with the consulting firm narratives that produces these slanted horseshit arguments while at the same time some elite women do appear to weaponise victimhood narratives.

So there are times you need to give the nastiness indifference (it is the opposite of love, not hate), and if you want to change the world for the better change it for everyone because many non elites (women AND men) get trashed by its morally ambiguous and sometimes psychopathic nature.

So the vote for the major parties are crumbling? Architects of their own demise

The vote for the major parties are crumbling but they are architects of their own demise. The major parties have failed to roll back numerous measures that were creating housing equality while at the same time increasing job insecurity through conservatives attacking unions (most unions aren’t particularly corrupt) and privatising as much of federal and state govt as possible. They’ve reduced graduate employment programs and on-job training measures and increased university fees far above inflation (my course in 1999 was 10K now it is 44K).

They’ve promoted overly punitive measures for the public while giving a free pass to corrupt and fraudulent executives in the financial sector. They encouraged cruel and unusual punishment against vulnerable welfare recipients and received no punishment. Their system promotes selfish mediocrities that their donours desire to have in power because they are easy to manipulate.

Yet they say vote for us?

One Nation is also a party that seems to be getting greater alignment with industry the more popular it becomes. However, I understand why some people are pushing their vote that way.

I would suggest community independents represent a better way forward and would also allow community members to participate more actively in political debates. Most parties have ridiculous bureaucracy in place that protects the party faithful (mostly incompetents) and they tend to shutdown conversations rather than let people air grievances and foster constructive debate.

Independents - because they can’t rely on party protection look to be more informed and can present more detail around policy and socio-economic issues that the public are about. I’m not running for office but I have spent some time in politics and “I played it the way I wanted politics to work and that was not to engage in self promotion but foster a sense of team. When I promoted other people I only got silence on the other end. That says nothing good about the party system. Selfish, self centred people pretending to care about the public when they really only care about money and power.

A Proposed Change

The Institute for the Better realises we need to follow the lead from the most fairiest, bestliest nation on earth and therefore we propose an honour system for sex offenders rather than imprisonment and placement on sex registers.

Powerful people give us our guidance on this and we see the harshest penalty the current US president is facing is GOP lawmakers forcing him to give his beastliest promise that he wont run for re-election in 2028 – although the Vice Presidency is not out of the question.

We also know that “life not being fair” for those without power is simply an non-quantifiable supernatural occurrence and not at all a man-made engineered one to benefit f%#kheads in power.

So join with us in allowing society’s worst the ability to roam free and piss and sh!t where they please……..
