Weird isn't?
It's so strange that a 3 1⁄2 hours exam ideally seals your fate for the next 30-40 years of practice.

Hi everyone. I’m a medical doctor and first-aid responder currently in India, looking to contribute on ground with flood relief efforts in Nepal.
If anyone knows of local NGOs, medical teams, hospitals, or contacts currently needing doctors, please DM me. I’m willing to travel and join an established team.
I’ve travelled to Nepal before and absolutely love the country and it's people, so I’d like to help in any way I can.
