Any advice on moving long distance from Austin, TX to San Diego, CA? I need to bring my car and cat and dog and am a single income household. I was thinking of driving from tx to ca in my car with as much as possible but will definitely have some things that won’t fit in my car I would hope to bring out there. Any advice is appreciated!!

Hi, I’m planning to move in Feb/March of 2027 and would appreciate any tips/advice on finding a job as an RN and places to live(rent). I love the beach and have a cat and a dog who looooves the outdoors/dog park. Would love to not have too much of a commute but I’d also like to live someplace walkable and somewhat affordable as a solo income household, thanks!!
