I am writing to report a technical issue with the Moondrop Dawn Pro 2 I recently purchased.
I am trying to use the Moondrop Link app (version 1.3.12) to adjust the settings, specifically to set the Gain to "HIGH" to power my planar headphones. However, I am facing the following problems:
Connection Error: The app frequently displays a "Network Error" (网络异常,请检查网络) message, making it very difficult to access the device settings.
Settings Not Saving: When I finally manage to enter the device configuration and switch the Gain to HIGH, the setting does not save. It immediately reverts back to LOW.
I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including different connection methods and networks, but the issue persists. Since I cannot set the Gain to High, I am unable to get the required power for my headphones.
Could you please provide a solution for this firmware/app sync issue?
