That's cool, I won't disrupt the ecosystem that's been built. I'm looking for something that's more casual, maybe? Still p2p but more open to conversation and ideas.

Hi everyone I am looking to sublease a studio - 1/1 starting this Fall 2026. (no roommates please)
Budget is 1,800 but I am willing to adjust depending on amenities offered.
I want to be near campus or near a shuttle route but I can live within a 10min driving distance to campus.
I am trying to finalize this by the end of this week (Fingers Crossed) so please let me know if you or anyone you know is looking to move out soon.
