Sharing my 5 month progress 16M | 5'7 | 52kg
The first pic was about 2 years ago wala akong clear pic when I started in December 2025 HAHAHA but I started from 47kg and now at 52kg. Tracking my macros, 2100 kcal, 110g protein / day. 2x strength training (calisthenics w gym rings) with an upper-lower split, 2x sprint training, 1x long endurance session (swim, bike, run) and 1x tempo run. Target weight is about 58-60kg and I am on a lean bulk. My goal is leaning towards a performance based physique rather than a bulky and bodybuilding style since my training requires endurance, power, and speed. Any tips and suggestions are welcome! Thanks.
Btw my upper split is 2x a week and lower split is 1x a week along with one sprint sesh but done with proper recovery and rest.
