Pretty sure UPS stole my package…

I am reposting because f it. Everyone here defends UPS because they hold all the cards and customers are at their mercy.

Shipped a high value package. It was on vehicle for delivery and then out for delivery. The delivery time changed. I was home all day. No delivery attempts were made which could be confirmed by UPS via GPS reports and their driver cameras along with interviews. After that it’s hasn’t been scanned since. I was home all day and outside waiting on the porch for the last two hours of the delivery window.

UPS Investigated and couldn’t locate the package as damaged or in lost and found.

Before you say “but the drivers make too much to risk their pensions! Also we don’t know what’s in these packages.” The driver was subbing on the route, is a new driver and all of the information including videos or interviews is handle solely by UPS. We have no insight into that. I learned after the fact that Apple has pull tabs on its outer cartons that is like its product boxes but plain brown. So anyone who sees that and holds the package knows it’s a computer. There is no tape and the label was affixed fully by a UPS center.

I’m including tracking stamps and a picture of the boxes they used. Please feel free to downvote. This is for other people who are unceremoniously screwed over by an unscrupulous company. I feel like there needs to be more legal action and class action lawsuits but IANAL.

DISCLAIMER: I do not know who took my package and am not saying the driver did but I am pretty certain someone at UPS did.

Are people actually giving AZO Equipment their hard earned money?

I am not surprised by what is going down. How are they not being sued and taken to court right and left?

I luckily didn't even make it to the build phase because of how badly they treated me. You’d have to be deranged to run a company this badly.

Honestly makes me feel vindicated to see, because when I posted about it I was flamed by fanboys.

Edit: If anyone has any companies that we should give money to or that make great custom packs, please comment below. Thanks!

Does UPS or its drivers ever bear responsibility for what they do?

All I ever see on here is glazing. Theft? Not possible. Every driver is an angel who makes 300K and would never risk their route delivering donations to the children’s hospital. Lost packages? That’s on the sender. The label fell off or the box wasn’t sealed so the contents fell out on the highway. Damage? We gently place packages, so God must’ve done something.

Look I get it. Y’all work for this behemoth and want to pretend like it’s this family owned business but the gaslighting that goes on when a shipper has a problem is astounding. I’ve met great drivers. I’ve met assholes. At the end of the day everyone is human.

When does the buck or package stop with UPS?

UPS employees absolutely steal packages!

I have been lurking here for a while as my complaint with UPS has been escalated time and time again.

A bit of history with me and UPS. I have had hundreds of packages sent to me or from me without issue. Some insured and others not. Never have I had a major issue other than to report damage.

Recently I had a package go less than 150 miles from an address I hold to somewhere I travel frequently. It was a computer that was shipped in a brown box that doesn't have logos on it, but the tab to open it shows what company it's from.

It was uninsured. Yes I know that is my responsibility.

The package was sent with a proper label and firmly adhered to the box, and no way it could have opened in transit. The box made it onto the vehicle for delivery and then was marked as out for delivery. It never made it to my address. No delivery was made and this was confirmed by UPS as not attempted because they pulled the cameras for that driver. The package also did not make it back to the warehouse. Since then it has vanished.

I see so many posts from customers and then UPS employees denying any possibility of wrongdoing. I am here to say that someone took my package. I have zero recourse. I tried to submit a police report but the police wont take it because where it is lost is "unknown". UPS employees do take things. I am not saying thats all of the cases on here or in general. In my case there is no way that package went from on the truck to gone in a day due to the box opening on its own. Someone knew what it was and wanted to make a quick buck.

edit: I am posting this to make other consumers aware of potential criminal activities at UPS. This was grand theft if it was stolen. Some people want to post on new accounts because their other accounts have personal information or subs they are on. The fact that I am getting heavily downvoted proves my point. UPS is a club and I am not in it. Any negative posts get called a lie.
