It is not your issue if Amazon is overloading you.

Don’t be a go-getter and sprint to every delivery.

It’s fine to get rescued.

If your DSP is upset, find a new one. Some people understand we aren’t making union pay and killing your body for a half dozen bucks over minimum wage is not worth it.

Do not set crazy high expectations for your performance. If you show Amazon/your DSP you always deliver every package on 300 stop routes, it’ll make it worse for everyone, but they’ll also only give you huge fucking routes and expect you to always finish

I only go faster than a walking pace when it’s rush and I’m working OT, so they’ll get all my effort when they been to pay OT. But please don’t wear yourself out running every stop yall. It hurts to see.
