Sleep needs change every two weeks at the money please help ( 9.5m)

Previously on 3/4/4 with total naps capped at 2hours. 6:30 wake up, 7:30 bed. Last 5 days fighting bedtime for an hour sometimes more. So I tried 3.25/4/4.25. So bedtime at 8pm last night and she fought until 9pm again(was overtired by 9pm and upset) . So I woke her up at usual time this morning and left her to go make her breakfast and came back and she’s fallen asleep on the living room floor at 8:45am which now leaves me in a predicament because I was going to cap her naps further today but that doesn’t feel like a good move with her obviously being so tired from last night. Feel like I’m constantly having to change her schedule for past few months and seems everytime she learns something new we need more awake time or less daytime sleep. Please help I don’t know what to do today and where to go with her schedule in general next.

Things to note:

Fully sleep trained, falls asleep independently for all sleep and will not be put to sleep with contact even if I tried.
In her own room.
No feed to sleep association.
Was going to bed independently and easily until end of last week so definitely a schedule issue
Naps are still perfect, falls asleep almost straight away no fussing
Has cut her first tooth recently but didn’t seem to affect sleep.
Has also learnt pull to stand and is cruising furniture.

Schedule help!

My 9 month old was previously on 3/3.5/4 with 2.5 hour day time sleep but then started fighting bedtime completely for up to 2 hours so I cut her naps to 2 hours which then in turn gave us false starts and would treat bedtime like a nap. So currently trying 3.25/4/4 and she is going to bed fine and napping fine (independently) but is waking anywhere between 10-2am (only once) and needing to be held to go back to sleep. Will not settle unless picked up but does fall asleep straight away no assistance other than being picked up. I don’t know if this is now overtiredness? Or are we still undertired? I have to wake her from all sleep! And she cries when I wake her in the morning at 6:30. Bed time generally 8pm as we always end up a few minutes late to each nap and it does generally take about 5 mins to wake her up in the morning as she just keeps turning away from us or throwing her head back down.
