I spent 3 months building my entire freelance business in Notion. Here's exactly how I structured it.

Before: sticky notes, 4 spreadsheets, invoices sent late, clients falling through the cracks.

I decided to fix it properly. One connected system. Everything linked.

Here's the structure that works for me:

**1. Client Database** — every client linked to their projects, invoices, and communication history. No more switching tabs.

**2. Kanban Project Board** — Proposal → In Progress → Done. I see every project's status at a glance.

**3. Invoice Tracker** — linked to clients, auto-calculates totals, follow-up dates built in.

**4. Lead Pipeline** — never lose a potential client again. Stage tracking from first contact to signed.

**5. Revenue Dashboard** — weekly income overview, updated automatically via relations.

**6. AI Prompt Library** — 20+ prompts for proposals, onboarding emails, follow-ups. Saves me hours.

Works on the free Notion plan. Setup took me under 30 minutes.

I turned this into a template if anyone wants it — happy to share the free version in the comments.
