So I posted recently asking about the best way to make honey cupcakes! I decided I’d share my outcome.

I did a honey cupcake with almond Italian meringue butter cream ❤️ the toppings are dark chocolate, honeycombs, cocoa powder, and almonds!

Buckwheat honey did really good in the recipe and the honeycombs on top really helped keep the honey flavor apparent! I also did the Italian meringue with honey instead of sugar!! Oh and the flour is einkorn flour!
