Two questions about the 2nd Charleston round - (1) how many bad tiles should I have to WANT a second Charleston, and (2) can you blind Charleston on all three of the second round passes?

Inspiration for Question 1 came the a few days ago at a Mahjong party. After the first Charleston I said I didn't want to go another round, but I wanted to courtesy swap three tiles. Someone at another table with A LOT more experience than I have heard me and laughed, saying that didn't make sense. According to her if I had three bad tiles I should go another Charleston. I chose not to because if I got a tile I wanted on the first round I'd be forced to give it up in round 2.

For question 2 I'm 99.9% certain you must pass three tiles for the first two passes of the second Charleston, but I'm actually finding conflicting answers online (I admit to not looking very hard). If you can blind charleston on all three passes then it seems you'd ALWAYS want to do a second Charleston.

Thanks! I just learned the game a little over a month ago and am still figuring things out.

2020 Honda Pilot - A/C clutch not engaging

We had the compressor replaced 2 years ago. Today we noticed the A/C not working again and after some investigation I'm 99.9% sure the clutch is not engaging. I checked the fuse and swapped around some of the relays and I'm almost positive those are not the issue.

A co-worker who does a lot of his own car repairs said that sometimes you can manually engage the clutch by simply pressing on it while the engine is running and the A/C is on (he did this with an older car when he was younger), but I couldn't get it to budge. All I could do is spin it around by reaching it with a 2 foot metal bar.

I unfortunately don't have a multimeter to do some of the diagnostics I've seen suggested online, but I may run and get one tomorrow if needed (this is the second project in two years where a multimeter would have been helpful).

I'm pretty good at DIY stuff and feel confident I could replace the A/C clutch if needed, but i don't want to spend the money on that part if that's not the problem.

Any advice is appreciated!
