Amazon delivery issue and ghosting customers
I thought i was finally getting my first gaming controller after wanting to buy one for years. So i had gotten 5k as birthday gift and decided to buy 8bitdo ultimate 2c wireless out of it. I ordered on Amazon and all was good and it showed that it'll be delivered by 12th may. Now the issue starts. On 12th may it shifts to 14th may. After 14th may i started trying to contact them. Yesterday (16th may) i got hold of one guy and he said that my order will be treated on a priority basis or some shit like that and that it'll be delivered by end of the day, and so i waited. Whenever i checked the status it kept showing 'delayed in transit '. Day ended. No delivery, and no updates. I decided to contact customer care again. This time they said they can deliver by 17th may or 18th may. I was tired of their bullshit and requested for a refund and cancel the item. Now I'm waiting for the refund it says it'll take 5-7 days (wtf). My main issue is, there was no further updates after 12th may. The 2nd guy i had a chat with told me that my product is damaged which is why my delivery was getting delayed. Why not just inform that? Why ghost your customers?
