Unreadable artist name
Hi All hope someone can help. I was given this following the death of mums best friend who was 93. I always remember seeing it as a kid a remarked how it reminded me of jellyfish. Now I'm older I keep seeing movement like a dancer but could be my eyes. Any help on artist or picture I would be grateful.
