Where in Brazil can I see yellow middle and outer lines?
According to geohints, such roads in South America can appear in Chile and Brazil. It's easy to spot them in Chile, but it's not the case for Brazil. I've looked through hundreds of roads on Google Maps and couldn't find any. I suppose they only appear in a very specific area, but I have no idea where they can be found.
