During my HR discussions, the fixed compensation communicated to me was ₹14.75 LPA, and the overall estimated CTC was indicated to be around ₹18 LPA.

Upon reviewing the offer letter, I noticed that the fixed salary mentioned is ₹12.50 LPA and the total CTC is below ₹16.5 LPA, which is significantly different from the figures discussed previously.

Is it done bi-mistake or deliberately please help.

And if my fixed will be 12.50 what will be my in-hand salary per month ?

The HR is also not picking the call. I have not accepted the OL yet, should i accept? .Please help.

Got a call from HR on friday evening and the salary discussion(I agreed to the CTC offered and did no negotiation). She told that the Workday profile is having some issues and will publish the offer letter soon. Any ETA when I can get the offer letter.

P.S: I also checked the workday site was under maintenance as well. Feeling tensed now

What are the next steps ?
Will HR call and discuss about salary or they will offer letter without any discussion ?

I cleared the 1st round interview on 11th April. But there after no emails or slot booking for the second round.
When I contacted the recruitment team, then they are saying to follow the below process:

1.Use the same link to book slots for the interview that was given for the 1st round.

2.But when i tried it is saying that "you are not eligible for slot selection process - please reach out to Accenture recruiting team".

What to do now ? Please help !
