Confused ans stressed
During my HR discussions, the fixed compensation communicated to me was ₹14.75 LPA, and the overall estimated CTC was indicated to be around ₹18 LPA.
Upon reviewing the offer letter, I noticed that the fixed salary mentioned is ₹12.50 LPA and the total CTC is below ₹16.5 LPA, which is significantly different from the figures discussed previously.
Is it done bi-mistake or deliberately please help.
This is for L9.
And if my fixed will be 12.50 what will be my in-hand salary per month ?
The HR is also not picking the call. I have not accepted the OL yet, should i accept? .Please help.
