I got mines in a week ago. Came to my ortho today for a check up and he said “no good, there’s plaque everywhere. This is what causes most marpe’s to fail you NEED to clean it better.”

Honestly I barely touched my marpe because it hurt so much in the first few days but now I’m ok. But I don’t know how to get the plaque off the screws and above the turning thing. Whats the gentlest way to do this (as it hurts when I poke around a little too much)

I swore I did 90% of the things I had to do
Brush my teeth, then floss, then waterpik (on the marpe too), then mouthwash. Do I use my toothbrush on the roof of my mouth as well?

I got Marpe yesterday and was shown how to do a turn, I took a picture of how it was the first day.

And now today, I did a turn, felt some slight pressure but I noticed the dot indicator didn’t seem to move?

There were two dots when I checked and there are still two dots there. Is that normal? Or should I have seen three dots? I’m pretty sure I moved it because I felt some something.
