I was taking Nexium 40mg for 9 months then dropped it to 20mgv for 3 months but now taking it every other day and my stomach is in pain! Also, everytime I poop I'm shivering, can't breathe and heart races. It feels like I'm dying. I really want to get off ppi. obviously I need to start taking at least 20mg a day again but how do I get off of these without my stomach burning!

I get shaky, cold and nauseous. I was on Nexium 40mg tapered to 20mh a day then I stopped but now my blood temperature keeps dropping everytime I eat and or poop. After I poop I feel better but then symptoms come back after 20 minutes. I don't know what to do. No fever no diarrhea. I do have a hernia and there was an ulcer found. Is it because I stopped Nexium? I have been getting heartburn but it's tolerable.
