I own ExcelFinder.com and I’m considering selling it.

It’s a two-word .com that could fit spreadsheet search, Excel templates, workbook search, AI spreadsheet tools, or Excel add-ins.

Current asking price: $499

I’m not claiming existing SEO value or traffic. I’m mainly trying to understand the domain-only value and whether $499 is reasonable for a quick sale.

Questions:

1. What would you appraise ExcelFinder.com at wholesale vs end-user?

2. Is $499 too low, fair, or too high?

3. Would you list it on Namecheap Marketplace, Sedo, Afternic, or use a direct landing page?

4. Any trademark concerns because of the word “Excel”?

I also made a simple landing page at ExcelFinder.com, but I’m mostly asking about the domain value.

I kept procrastinating even when I knew exactly what to do.

The problem wasn’t planning.
It was starting.

I tried different systems, but they all made things more complicated.

So I built something very simple for myself:

• I only pick 3 tasks
• I work for 15 minutes
• I allow myself to do it badly

That’s it.

It actually helped me stop overthinking and just begin.

I turned it into a simple Notion setup for myself, and it’s been working surprisingly well.

If anyone struggles with starting tasks, I’m curious:
what usually stops you from beginning?
