I have a crush on one of the cooks at my restaurant and I genuinely can’t tell if he’s flirting with me or if he’s just naturally like that.

For context, he’s country and charismatic asf. He always plays country music in the kitchen and has this sarcastic fake-annoyed personality.

At first we barely interacted, but one day he accidentally bumped into me hard while dishwashing and said “I was so delusional I didn’t even realize I hit you until I turned around” and later apologized AGAIN by saying “I really am so sorry I bumped into you.”

One time I asked him to drop fries and he randomly said “I don’t even know your name. I just know you look mad all the time.” I laughed and said that’s just my resting face and he said “you sure?” (I still haven’t told him my name btw)

He also always thanks me super genuinely whenever I help him with dishes or stuff in the kitchen.

But then things escalated. I grabbed the last towel from the kitchen and he asked me to grab a new bag while he held the door open because the doors lock automatically. I handed him the bag and he said “thanks cute thang” in the hottest voice imaginable and I literally got so hot in the face and walked away lmao

Another time I was taking the trash out and he walked up and said “I can’t watch you do that” and took it from me and did it himself.

And today I asked him if he wanted a drink before I took apart the machine cuz I was closing and he asked for a sprite and when I handed it to him he said “thanks girl.”

He also keeps teasing me and acting fake annoyed but then being super helpful/sweet immediately after. Am I delusional or does this sound flirty???

I work at a restaurant and my crush got a nine top and I was preparing to make the drinks for it. I set out 9 cups and filled each with ice and then I put Dr Pepper in one of them. Then, as I was about to do the rest, my crush and coworker both come up to me and say “the manager needs you” and they were lowkey acting like it was an emergency so I kinda grunted and said “ok” and I left the cups of ice there and the Dr Pepper and as I turn the corner my crush said “*my name*!” So I turn around and see what he needed and he said “what drink is this?” Cuz he was gonna finish the order and I said “Dr pepper!” And I start walking to the manager’s table again and I heard him say in a sarcastic tone “dang you coulda finished this first” but he didn’t know I heard him so I quickly turned back around and I was kinda jokingly annoyed and basically moved him out of the way and I said “actually, I got it” and he said “*my name* I can do it” and I looked at him seriously and said “I got it.” And my coworker was like 😬 and my crush backed away with his hands up and said “yes ma’am!” AHHHHHH YES HOYL SHIT THAT WAS HOT

Hello! So I started a new job at a restaurant a little over a month ago and there’s this guy there that I have a huge crush on. He’s a server/food runner and I’m a food runner. He acts a little different around me but I’m not sure if I’m overthinking or delusional. I’ll tell you a few stories that happened with him since working there. So, if I’m being honest, I don’t really remember meeting him. But when he learned my name, he started saying it a bunch. Like an unnecessary amount. The first thing that happened with him that made me lowkey blush was when i accidentally cut my finger while opening a box and he overheard me telling one of our managers that i got blood on it, and then probably over an hour later he said “did you cut yourself earlier?”. Hehe.
We also always wait so long before saying hi to each other every time we work together. I’ll watch him say hi to other people and then I’ll get too nervous to say it and then after an awkward amount of time he’ll say “hi *my name*” in a tone that was obvious he was waiting for me to say it first. Not sure what that means.
He is very sarcastic. He’ll make fun of anything I do in a sarcastic way. I accidentally hit him with something and he stopped and said “wowwwww😐”.
Ok this one was kinda crazy. A couple weeks ago I got an eyebrow piercing and I also worked that day, so an hour into the shift he came up to me, pointed to his eyebrow and said “did you get your eyebrow pierced?” And I said yes and he said “when?” And I said “today” and he said “I need to get mine done”. And guess what. The next time I saw him, aka 2 days later, he HAD AN EYEBROW PIERCING. LOL.
Yesterday I was getting ice and he was 5 feet away changing the trash and he randomly said “how old are you *my name*?” So I said “20” and he said “DAMN!” I started giggling and said “what?” And he said “you’re old!” I raised my eyebrows and said “and how old are you?” He said “25” while smirking so I said “DAMN!” In the same tone as him and he laughed and asked if I am in school. I told him no and that I had already graduated esthetician school. I was getting nervous so I didn’t continue the conversation.
Today I was putting dirty dishes in the sink and I felt something hit my shoulder so I look to my left and see him trying to act nonchalant like he wasn’t the only person standing there. He had just washed his hands and threw his wet napkin at me. Then, an hour later, he did it again. I was taking a drink and staring at the wall when I felt something hit me again so I looked up and saw his back facing me and I said “who did that?” (Obviously I knew it was him) and then he grabbed 2 plates to run to his table and we legit made eye contact for 4 seconds as he was walking past me and I looked at him like 🤨.

So that’s all the stories I can think of right now. Of course so much more has happened, but I’d say those are the biggest. Let me know what you think in the comments !
