i need a suggestion

I’m considering switching to a full-body routine 3 times a week instead of my current split.
My idea is to train like this:
each workout hits the whole body
for each muscle group I do 1 main exercise (around 4 sets) plus a secondary exercise (around 2 sets for little muscles like bicepts and 4 for big muscles)
I rotate variations like flat bench and incline bench across the week

My question is: is this enough volume to grow, or is it too little for hypertrophy?
I’m not sure if training each muscle 3x per week with lower exercise variety is better than doing more exercises in a traditional split.
Would this kind of structure actually work for muscle growth long term?
