need help after BIOS update
So I updated my motherboard BIOS and now my cpu is at very high temps. I tried going back to BIOs settings because I read it resets settings to default but can't quite figure it out as i'm not so good at stuff like this.

9060XT 16gb gpu
amd ryzen 5 7500f cpu
Asrock 620A wifi pro rs motherboard
