First time writing an incident/witness report- is this written okay?

First time writing an incident/witness report- is this written okay?

For context “we” is me, the tech from our hall, and a tech from the other hall that the patient’s nurse pulled to help us. I wasn’t sure of the other tech’s name from the other hall when I took this photo but I ended up putting an asterisks above the first line after verifying her name.

The patient was almost 400lbs I think and had been debating dialysis because she was so fluid heavy, so she was basically dead weight since she was also a total. After we entered the room to help, the nurse was kinda resistant to us leaving until we pulled the patient over. I’m vaguely a new grad I think, I got off orientation in late September, and I was really intimidated since she’s an older nurse. None of us helping her felt comfortable during or after the situation.

Orange is the same tech (the one from our hall), green is our lead nurse, and pink is the patient’s nurse.

I know the tech is writing multiple incident reports while she’s having to write the one anyways, like the nurse not assisting with cleaning total patients (but watching) to the point our lead had to help clean a patient. And her not answering call lights, even her’s, and me/the tech answering them all while she just glances at it while charting.

Are me and my girlfriend childish/acting like high schoolers?

Me and my gf are both 23.

We’re both still stuck in the early 2000’s and loveeee cheesy tropes like trading each other’s jackets because they smell like the other, burning CDs to give to the other, late afternoon dates at the park so we can go on the swings and yap, making each other bracelets or other crafts, etc. On work breaks I’m (badly) doodling her sooo much in a little journal because I miss her but she’s asleep (I’m night shift, she’s day shift. We both work in a hospital but I’m a nurse and she’s in pharmacy). We also have a doodle app that I’ll leave doodles on her phone screen.

Apparently she was at work one day and relationships got brought up so all of her coworkers were talking about stuff. She mentioned the jacket thing and the doodles & apparently one of her coworkers called us childish.

I’m just self conscious over it now and it hurt her feelings. Are we being childish?
