I tried charging my vida with Ather 6kwh but it didn't work so now I'm wondering does vida really support the Ather 6Kwh charge? Have anyone tried it before and did it work for you
Today I went to charge my Hero Vida at a charging station. The charger connected successfully, and I received the charger linking popup on both my scooter and the app. However, after setting the charging percentage and swiping to start charging, I got the error shown in the screenshot.
I have sufficient balance in my wallet, so that doesn't seem to be the issue. Has anyone else faced this problem? If yes, how did you fix it? Any help would be appreciated.
