So my wife had a call from the win back team a few weeks ago. Today I decide to give them a call. So they offered me 2 different plans both worse than what I originally had with Telus. I told the guy have a good day and hung up on him. Has anyone got a winback with a rate higher than your previous plan before you left Telus?
