This frauditor, in my opinion was instigating a fight by calling men and women names. Now I'm not condoning him being stabbed, although I'm not shedding any tears over him.
I'm making a new thread so you lenslickers can list the times frauditor's have prevailed at trial. Apparently this has occurred multiple times, so by all means show me what you have.

This is a perfect example of frauditor indoctrination. She starts by using frauditor script "we're out here stress testing our first amendment rights." This totally incorrect in that the 1A is applicable between our government and Americans!!!NOT private corporations or other Americans vs frauditors. This is proof of frauditor indoctrination. They're repeating what other frauditor's say and pretending it's based upon the truth when clearly it is not.

I want the lenslicker who runs this sub reddit to justify this video. Please explain what Constitutional rights we as Americans have of acting like this during a police investigation? Btw they weren't arrested for filming, they were arrested for interference and I would definitely say it was disorderly conduct (but they let the other frauditor's leave)
5 years ago I said that indoctrinated frauditor script would lead to people getting themselves in trouble. This video is proof that an entire generation of people use frauditor script as if it somehow helps them.
u/AdElegant7471’s core view is that frauditors and “nuisance streamers” are not protecting rights, they are abusing public recording for monetized conflict and creating the political/legal pressure for governments to restrict recording. They explicitly say people can already film outside, but that frauditors’ “if you don’t exercise rights you lose them” argument is wrong and that nuisance streamers may “force our government to take this freedom away” because the conduct is not peaceful and is done for money.
They also draw a distinction that is very useful for your summit: filming police from a reasonable distance without inserting yourself into the situation is “fine,” but harassment for monetized content is not civil liberties work.
Their best recurring point is public forum doctrine. They repeatedly argue that government buildings, lobbies, and limited public forums are not the same as public sidewalks. In your LIA lobby recording discussion, they argued that a lobby can be open to the public while still having enforceable rules, and in another comment they asked auditors to explain what a “limited public forum” is.
They also like bright-line practical restrictions. For example, on buffer-zone laws, they argued that an actual legal distance rule can help because otherwise police determine the distance on scene. They cited Arizona and Florida in that context.
On Fourth Amendment issues, they emphasize the word “unreasonable” and argue that government can identify people for security purposes in certain contexts, using airports as an example.
They do not appear to believe there are “good” auditors. In one thread asking whether r/Frauditors approves of any 1A auditors, they said there is “not one single frauditor” they like and that they “hate them all equally.”
That said, their objection is not simply “camera bad.” Their more coherent objection is that auditors misuse civil-liberties language to justify harassment, escalation, legal misunderstanding, monetization, and bad tactics. That makes them useful in the same way PropForge or TheRealSaltyB can be useful: as a source of objections, not as someone likely to be persuaded.
They are less legally careful and more emotionally hostile. They use labels like “frauditor,” “lenslicker,” “indoctrinated,” and “script.” They also use personal insults and sometimes make comments about mental health, disability, physical condition, or criminality that are more ridicule than analysis. For example, in one visible comment they described someone as unable to care for himself because of “mental illness and autism,” and in another they made a personal comment about someone’s age and appearance.
Their own Reddit profile “About” line is blunt: “I HATE frauditors and turtleboy.” The profile page also showed roughly 4 years of Reddit age and activity in this space.
They are constructive when they stay on these points:

I was working out front of my home when I looked up and saw two sheriff vehicles. I busted out my phone and recorded them talking to my neighbor. I was on my property and I didn't say a word. Amazingly I wasn't arrested or even noticed by the cops. How was that even possible? 🤣 According to frauditors all cops are tyrants who just randomly arrest frauditors for no reason 🤣 I'm still shocked the cops didn't notice me, arrest me, or have to put up police tape to keep me back 🤣
