What would be the better way to enjoy the series?

I recently finished the wano arc of one piece (amazing arc btw, easy favorite and tie with water 7 saga). I was wondering if it would be a good idea to catch up completely and wait for a new chapter every week or to read egghead and stop until elbaf arc finishes.
me personally i feel like waiting would be better but the spoilers man. ive gotten so much spoiled for almost every single arc of one piece and although its still my favortie anime/manga of all time, and it still impacted me, i do kinda want to experience an arc with zero spoilers whatsoever. the only major arc i got to with no spoilers was dressrosa (top 2 arc for me btw haha. cant see why yall dont like it)
anyways, id like to ask for yalls opinons on this
also any anime/manga reccomendations after i catch up? one piece is my second manga ever (my first was your lie in april). im sure nothing will be able to match one piece but i know full well that the void wont be filled for a long time hahaha
