Since this is the Vinhomes Làng Vân project by Vingroup, any media or post protesting it has been soft-blocked or full on censored on Facebook. Media outlets are either ignoring the issue or praising it's sheer scale. This is not new in Vietnam, horrible infrastructure planning is a plague to this country and goes by apathetically for most people

Question about City and Gay Culture

Hello, Im 18 (M)-Vietnamese-Gay. Im learning German to study aboard. I have some question about germany and if possible I hope everyone could give me some advices.

  1. Is Germany LGBTQ+ friendly.

  2. If so, what city should I go to if I want to have a strong LGBTQ+ comunity or establish a relationship with a German man.

  3. Is Mannheim a nice city, cause I want to study ecconomic in the university of Mannheim.

  4. Is there anything I should be concern about.
