Hi All,

I am an overseas resident (in Oceania). If I have a Wyoming LLC that I use to conduct other small business, is it a good idea to do Stocks, Options and Futures trading also in the same LLC? My existing business qualifies as pass through and as I am overseas I do not have to pay US taxes (Only have to file the forms and tax returns).

Suppose I want to use same LLC for day trading idea? I do not keep a lot of money in the LLC as I do owners draw of most of what is in the LLC bank account.

On google AI it asks to use another LLC, but it is a lot of fees and paperwork for compliance to create another LLC. On the other hand using same LLC, as per google, also raises the compliance costs.

Do you have any opinions or information about and how to go about?

Even though I did not apply for a DUNS number, they created it automatically and did so with an incorrect name (Using EIN name control from IRS instead of the actual name of the company ! Now I am trying to get it corrected and they are so slow. Does anyone have a similar experience and how much time did it take? Need it for playstore.

Crazy how they create with incorrect name. why do apple and playstore use this service which seems slow and inefficient and no transparency of what they are doing.
