Hey,

We applied for a family visa. however, tenancy agreement is expiring before the intended date of travel. The landlord has requested to take their property back so I need to rent another one. At the time of application, the tenancy has not expired.

Issue is, if we upload the tenancy agreement showing it will expire soon, and we do not have a letter from landlord giving permission for both of us to stay and keep renting beyond the current contract, we probably get a refusal.

How do we handle this please as the application is already submitted?

My annoyance here is that the checklist does not even ask for tenancy agreement. But it seems thats not reliable.

Has anyone got an approval without sending in a tenancy agreement?
