Bear with me this is a bit of a rant. Now I’m not discussing their problematic marriage, but rather the way everyone takes a back seat to them. Nellie, Albert, Adam, heck even Carrie, deserved to have more screen time and would’ve proven more interesting (and would’ve given less whiplash).

Some of the best episodes are the kids being kids and the rush to introduce Almanzo and Laura’s relationship ruins any chance of seeing more of that. Not to mention the fact that Laura’s character starts to only revolve around him. I personally think they ruin the show.

Does it get worse before it gets better?

Based on experiences I’ve read on this page and others Christian subs, I’m a tad confused on how hearing God’s voice and guidance work. Some have said it’s scary and brings fear, but I’ve read and been told God brings peace. Now I know we are called to fear God in a reverent manner but not be helplessly afraid of Him, so accounts like this confuse me. Some say we can’t audibly hear God. I guess I’m looking for some clarity. How can we all follow God yet get different things?

I would like to add that I struggle with OCD so this could be that. Maybe my fear is manifesting that way. I just wanted to hear others thoughts.
