Something that works for when you’re burning downstairs
Hi all,
I’m currently in my third trimester and have been struggling with all of the extra blood flow to downstairs, especially after sex, it can be uncomfortable.
It got to a point where I just thought I had the first signs of thrush all the time and If you are unaware we cannot be taking oral thrush medicines only creams and vaginal pessaries. After a month of on and off use with the cream and it didn’t work I just accepted this is my life now
Any who I’ve been dealing with said soreness after sex for the last few weeks, and as I’m in my 8th month I’m trying to have sex in the most comfortable way possible.
I did a baby shop last week and bought the expert midwife ‘spritz for bits’ for after my labour as I’ve heard it’s really good. Last night I had the same tender pains and it crossed my mind to try it and OH MY GOSH DOES IT WORK, I sprayed twice and woke up today and gone through all of today with no issues. Ofcourse if you actually have thrush this can also help with the outside as it is organic and has witch hazel inside to help soothe. It’s not medicine for thrush but can be combined with clotramizole to help.
I just wanted to come on here and log my findings incase there are any other mamas out there struggling with a sore downstairs.
The next time I probably will post on here will be after my pregnancy graduation as I have realised as great as Reddit is its full of negative and disturbing stories aswell (as is everything) but it started to take a toll on me in my personal life, with all the stories of partners cheating on their pregnant wives, lies, horror stories about birth (which is fine if it’s your experience) just this place causes me more stress than good. So any one asking any questions I won’t be able to respond.
