Has anyone heard of Teluk Indah Flat in Perai, Penang ? This place has the dishonorable title as the dirtiest flat in Penang state and probably Malaysia. The conditions there resembles something out of a third world country. Just looking at photos of the place will make your stomach churned.

Is it normal to be your 30s and still earning 3K monthly salary or less ? With the rising cost of living, how are you guys getting by with this pay ?

With the recent viral AirAsia X flight incident where a PRC passenger berated the AirAsia flight attendant for not being able to speak Mandarin and the displayed of her unruly behavior, many netizens have commented that this type of behavior reinforced outsider's perception of PRC nationals who are stuck up, rude and uncivilized when travelling both domestically and internationally.

For my Malaysian peeps, do you have any stories of unfriendly encounters with PRC nationals personally ?
