Enhencer – 39,800 TL SaaS service, no results, no support, no refund response”
I am the owner of a cosmetics company based in Izmir, Türkiye. We paid approximately 39,800 TL (900 USD) for a 12-month service package from Enhencer
Unfortunately, during the first 3 months, we experienced losses and the system did not work as expected. We reached out and sent messages to Olcay Öztürk and his team requesting a refund for the remaining 9 months of unused service. However, we have received no response to our phone calls, emails, or messages.
In our experience, this is a company that demonstrates extremely poor customer service and an unacceptable post-sales process, resulting in financial loss for our business.
Companies that do not value their customers and do not build a sustainable future operate only in the short term.
We strongly advise anyone considering working with this company not to proceed without carefully reviewing customer feedback on platforms such as Şikayetvar and Trustpilot.
