5 months of trouble shooting and still no result from Bambu Tech Support

So I have a P1S with an AMS on it. Whole thing is only 6 months old and I've spent 5 of those months with the following issue Slots 1, 2 and 4 all work but slot 3 keeps retracting non-stop when you put filament in.

I have swapped motor 3 to 4 and 4 to 3 and the issue stays on slot 3. I've at this point replaced the feeder unit, the mainboard, the internal hub unit, all the wires and the motor on the feeder unit. I've flashed firmware, tried different filaments and have even poked the little magnetic pins at their instruction. All said and told I've spent 40 hours (this has been done in office so I timed it) rewiring and replacing parts and following tutorials on this and I'm about to chuck the whole thing in the trash.

Tech support has been nigh on useless and they keep giving me pre-written scripts about how much they appreciate me and my patience while this thing has been a lemon since day 1. I've asked them to RMA the whole unit but they are now giving me flack about how its out of warranty and they've been generous to do what they've done despite it having been 5 months of back and forth with tech support, waiting for parts from china and being ignored.

HELP! If anyone has ANY suggestions, please help. I'm not kidding about being so frustrated I could drop kick this thing across the parking lot and getting a Prusa or something but ... I really don't want to call this a loss. When this thing works it works great but this is absolutely infuriating.
